Case Support

It is easy to submit a support case from within EncaptureMD. These are the best ways to submit because we receive much more information about where you were within the system when the case was submitted.

You can work from the landing page, from the worklist and when a study is opened (via the Help Menu) and even from the login screen and the report editor.

From the Login Screen

You can get help with your username and password resets. There is also a Gear icon in the upper right hand corner of our web client (Sorry, not via the browser) to allow you to share your screen with us.

From the Landing Page

There are 3 places on the landing page where you can contact support: the Help menu, the "Report a Problem" link on the right and the Submit a Support Case icon on the bottom of the screen

From almost anywhere within EncaptureMD, you can reach the help menu and select Submit a Support Case.

From the Report Editor

There is even a link to open a support case from the report editor.

If you're logged in, we know your email address. Please include a subject like How do I record a medication? and a description of the problem.
