Dozens of systems. None of them talk to each other. The result? Staff have to enter the same data into different systems for every case! EncaptureMD is the solution.

Connectivity With Hospital Systems

Electronic medical record systems are highly variable in how they connect to other systems and what they can accept for results. Our implementation team connectivity experts will analyze existing system architecture to determine the best way to integrate EncaptureMD into your IT environment. We support

  • HL7  ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT, MDM
  • PDF, XML, RTF
  • GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF

We are frequently asked "Do you interface with X?" The answer is almost always yes and if we don't, we'll build an interface.

Connectivity With Lab Systems

The average Cardiology Department has dozens of highly specialized imaging and data acquisition devices, each of which has a unique way of communicating.

EncaptureMD's Integration Engine can translate almost any kind of electronic output into meaningful data.

And if we can't talk to your equipment, we'll build a custom interface for you!

List of Connected Systems

  • Ultrasound machines via DICOM
  • Parks FlowLab via DICOM
  • Hemodynamic systems
  • EP recording/mapping systems
  • Treadmills
  • Patient monitors
  • Fluoroscopy

Real Time Vitals

EncaptureMD can be used for nursing documentation. We can receive live feeds from the entire Philips Intellivue line of patient monitors and the Smiths Medical Advisor as well.

Data flows into our nursing documentation for Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology. It can also be used with our Echocardiography modality tools to record vitals during moderate sedation procedures like transesophageal echocardiography.
