We Need Your Help to Make a Bigger Difference

We are looking for a Client Advocate & Technical Support Specialist to build strong customer relationships with a personal touch and to be the main point-of-contact for our clients when handling questions, problems, and requests for customizations. We believe it’s critical to keep clients updated with timely and frequent information about progress towards resolving issues, and to provide them with an excellent experience that reflects how much we care about meeting their needs. 

Our newest release of EncaptureMD makes customizations even easier, so we’ll trust our support specialist to implement some of them on their own or to collaborate directly with the design & development team. 

What We Hope You Bring to the Table

  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)

  • Knowledge of hardware & software installation

  • Act as liaison between the client and the rest of the team to ensure client satisfaction

  • Prior experience supporting Windows environments & IT troubleshooting

  • Basic knowledge of networking 

  • Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information

  • Ability to create documentation on software features and common issues and requests 

  • Availability to join an on call rotation to provide after hours support (percentage based on available team members)
