The EncaptureMD OB app provides a way to report maternal and fetal findings for singleton and multiple pregnancies. All measurements and GA calculated dates transfer seamlessly from the modality. The reports span from early with little data to late with significant detail. Data can be plotted on growth charts

Breast Ultrasound
Unilateral and bilateral breast ultrasound reports can be constructed using our Breast Ultrasound app. General descriptions of each breast, the axilla and detailed descriptions of cysts or masses, their size, morphology and location are included. Measurements from the ultrasound machine are organized into tables to describe each finding separately. Biopsy description and BI-RADS scores can be calculated and reported with follow up suggestions provided.
